Our app is tailored for local customers, allowing them to search and shop online with familiar stores. Customers and Sellers: When you sell (as a seller) or make a purchase (as a customer) through the Localiya App, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information such as credit/debit card numbers, UPI address, and billing address. You may also provide Personal Information about others, such as their name, mobile number, and physical address.
This includes data automatically recorded on our server logs, such as your IP address, location, date and time of use, store and product details (e.g., visited or purchased), mobile device information, and mobile operating system.

We do not allow products that promote or glorify hatred toward individuals based on their age, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or religion. We also prohibit content that bullies, attacks, or threatens specific individuals.
We do not permit the sale of pornographic materials, including CDs, books, or videos. Clothing featuring explicit or extreme representations of nudity or sexual activity is also prohibited, as is any exploitation or presentation of minors. The sale of sex toys is strictly forbidden.
